Do I need to set this up myself?
Most of the settings are setup automatically. We will provide video instructions on how to finalize the setup and will schedule a one-on-one onboarding call with you to make sure everything is ready to go. We are available for additional support at any time with no additional charge.
What if I already have a website?
That's great, we will provide a form that can be added directly to your site. We will also provide a link to allow online booking directly from your website.
Does Otto require a long-term contract?
No. Otto is only offered on a monthly subscription. Cancel anytime.
Will client text messages be sent to my cell phone number?
No. All text messages are sent to a unique phone number that feeds directly into the Otto app or desktop admin. The sales team can send and receive text messages in Otto without having business texts showing up in their normal texting app.
Does Otto work with WeddingWire and The Knot leads?
Yes, Otto works with leads from any source. We offer an easy way to enter WeddingWire or The Knot leads into Otto and send custom messages to leads from those sources. We can also track all bookings that were a result of a these leads.
How does the automation work?
Otto uses state-of-the art technology to intelligently send emails, text messages, voicemail drops, and additioanl messages to encourage leads to take the next step in the sales process. The content and timing of all messages are completely customizable. All automated messages are paused once a lead responds and the sales team is alerted to manually reply.
What calendar system does Otto use?
Otto has an online calendar form that connects directly to a Google or Outlook calendar that allows the sales team to have full control over the schedule. Days, times and blackout dates are easy to change. Meeting reminders are automatically sent to minimize no-shows.
How do the reports work?
Reports are always available in real time. The general sales report includes the number of open leads, the number of deals closed or lost, and total revenue generated. The pipeline report shows customer details and the sales stage that each lead is in at the time. We also integrate with Google, Facebook, & TikTok ads and show those reports directly in Otto.
How long does it take to get started?
With the Otto Pro version, you can complete the setup and go live within hours. For the Otto Premier version, we typically have the campaign ready within 5 business days of signing up.
Is Otto an app or a website?
Both. You can access Otto using our app on the Apple Store or on Google Play Apps. You can also use the desktop version.
