No. All text messages are sent to a unique phone number that feeds directly into the Otto app or desktop admin. The sales team can send and receive text messages in Otto without having business texts showing up in their normal texting app.
Yes, Otto works with leads from any source. We offer an easy way to enter WeddingWire or The Knot leads into Otto and send custom messages to leads from those sources. We can also track all bookings that were a result of a these leads.
Otto uses state-of-the art technology to intelligently send emails, text messages, voicemail drops, and additioanl messages to encourage leads to take the next step in the sales process. The content and timing of all messages are completely customizable. All automated messages are paused once a lead responds and the sales team is alerted to manually reply.
Otto has an online calendar form that connects directly to a Google or Outlook calendar that allows the sales team to have full control over the schedule. Days, times and blackout dates are easy to change. Meeting reminders are automatically sent to minimize no-shows.
